1. Customer hardware/software that is left unpaid after completion of work and having been notified - this will serve as notice that such hardware/software will be forfeited to satisfy accounts due after a period of 30 days. Client also agrees to provide in writing the work expectations for turn around . If not, it is assumed to be at standard rates with no rush or priority.

Confidentiality
We understand that handling the information on your computer is an extension of the trust you place in MadCow Studios. Any discovery of information during the execution of our work remains confidential – ALWAYS. We will not disclose any information we find on your computer to any other party. We do not "dig around" in your files or access areas of your drive that we don’t need to. Duplicates of your data will not be made without your express permission. Client will have the option of visually observing a secure erase of backups and/or taking possession of CD’s, including the observation of their destruction.

Guarantee of configuration only applies to our setup. We are not responsible for the client changing the system configuration, addition of new hardware, software or deliberate changes made by users with access to the computer. MadCow Studios makes every effort to protect your data. We offer backup options. However, we are not responsible for lost information or data. It is the sole responsibility of the client to insure that critical data is duplicated and documented. MadCow Studios will not be responsible for your failure to do so, nor the cost of data recovery from crashed hard drives, removable media, discs or tapes that occurs during the performance of any service.
