MadCow Studios is the best Apple Macintosh support company in Los Angeles. We say this because we haven't found a single company that offers our level of service, quality and guarantee of satisfaction. We're not the largest. We do feel that we're in touch with the needs of the people whom we service.
At MadCow our primary focus is on Macintosh support with a focus on animation / visual effects and production.
- By having a production background, we stay in touch with the needs of our clients. We learn the problems and issues that they're likely to run into and we develop solutions so that we can offer our experience to solve their problems - now, not later.
- Our working experience at the major studios here in Los Angeles provides us with a rich knowledge of the production process. We feel that there is no such thing as a dumb question - it's just dumb if you don't ask.
- Part of our mission is to educate our customers, to answer, demonstrate - until you understand. We're not happy until you're happy.
Geoff Miller, company founder, saw that there was a real need for quality support here in Los Angeles. There's a lot of companies and people pushing Macintosh solutions and support, but there were still customers telling us that they couldn't get the help or service they wanted.
